Payment card details are processed by our payment providers; we do not studio full card numbers or security codes on our servers. We also collect device, browser, IP address, referral, and usage information automatically when you browse the studio. If you do not agree, do not use the studio. Eligibility and account use You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or use the studio under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Products and availability We aim to describe products accurately, including colors, dimensions, materials, and included items. Images are illustrative and may vary slightly due to lighting, displays, or manufacturing batches. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or correct pricing or description errors before fulfillment; if an order is cancelled after payment, the amount charged for the affected item will be refunded. Effective date: 2026-10-29 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Items that are damaged, altered, washed, installed, or missing parts may not qualify. To start a return, email support@onda.com with your order number, the item, and the reason. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in return transit. After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow the payment provider's normal processing time. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the item was our error. Replacements may be offered when available. Exceptions For hygiene, safety, personalized, final-sale, digital, and perishable products, returns may be limited or unavailable as disclosed at purchase or required by law. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. If tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact support@onda.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. International orders, duties, and taxes Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility unless expressly included at order process. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a parcel enters customs. Refused parcels may incur return shipping and handling charges, which may be deducted from any refund. Incorrect addresses and lost parcels Please verify your address before ordering. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, though we will help where possible. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the carrier's resolution and applicable law.

Shipping charges may be refunded where the order has not shipped. If the order has already shipped, please use the return process in the Refund & Return Policy. We may cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing or listing errors occur, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is prevented by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
